We ship items within 1- 4 business days of placing your order. Most orders should arrive within 7-12 business days if you are in the USA/CA, or 8-16 days internationally.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.

Delays

Anime Slash is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Anime Slash is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Wrong Delivery Address

Anime Slash will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

Customs and Taxes

Customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any additional costs related to import/customs duty are the responsibility of the buyer and not Anime Slash.
